'Flying Eagle' Malware-as-a-Service RAT Builder Spreads in China

A new malware-as-a-service offering called Flying Eagle is being used by multiple threat groups in China to build mobile remote access trojans. The toolkit is being used to create infostealers designed to drain victims’ bank accounts. Dark Reading reports the builder is being adopted across several distinct threat actors, suggesting rapid proliferation of a shared mobile RAT codebase.
